11t Terms & Conditions — Rules of Use for Online Entertainment Platform

This document sets out the rules and terms governing use of the 11t platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing or using the 11t platform — whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other interface provided — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as any other related policies.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

The 11t platform is only accessible to individuals who have reached the legal age of majority under Malaysian law. Registration and use by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in breach of this condition will be closed without prior notice.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

To access the full range of 11t services, you are required to register an account with accurate, truthful, and current information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is a breach of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity carried out through your account — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — is considered to have been performed by you or with your authorisation, unless you report unauthorised access to 11t immediately.

User responsibilities include:

  • Keeping your personal information accurate and up to date at all times.
  • Not sharing your login credentials with any other party.
  • Notify 11t immediately if you notice any suspicious activity on your account.
  • Complying with all platform rules when placing bets or using any games.
  • Not using any third-party software, bots, or automated methods to access or manipulate the platform.

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information in MYR

All financial transactions on the 11t platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX (Online Banking), Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. You are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or e-wallet details you register are accurate and belong to you.

Deposits are usually credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. 11t reserves the right to delay processing of deposits or withdrawals for security review or identity verification purposes when necessary. Successful withdrawals are subject to full account verification and meeting the minimum requirements set.

Any attempt to commit financial fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the payment system will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account involved will be closed immediately. 11t is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate payment information provided by the user.

Account Policy — Suspension and Closure

11t reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any part of these terms. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Providing false or misleading registration information.
  • Holding multiple active accounts.
  • Using an account for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
  • Abusing promotions or bonuses through unauthorised means.
  • Compromising the security or integrity of the platform.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 11t platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. 11t makes no guarantee that the service will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 11t will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

All content on the 11t platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of 11t and is protected by copyright laws in force in Malaysia. Any reproduction, distribution, or republication without written permission is strictly prohibited.

This platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 11t is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to those sites is entirely at the user's own risk.

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

11t reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time without prior notice to users. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the 11t platform shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia. Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
